I'm a curious person who wakes up every day hungry to make the customers' lives easier.

I'm a 31 y/o Senior Product & UX Lead Designer with 9+ years of experience currently living in Barcelona, Spain and leading the design team for a wellness & mindful eating app called Eative.

I have a long track record of building successful and great digital experiences focused on delivering always the best customer experience. Also I have frontend development background with a degree in Technical Engineering in Computer Management from the University of Catalonia.

Skills

As a senior product designer, I'm responsible for designing pixel perfect interfaces for native applications, web applications, websites and marketing material, both client and internal.

In a daily basis, my work consists of aligning both business and product needs, of doing research and transforming complex user flows into simple and designing beautiful and intuitive user interfaces that revolutionize brands, overcome barriers and build strong and provocative relationships between good companies and their customers.

I focus to design personalized experiences that facilitate complex processes and improve user performance. On my latest project, after integrating a new user flow, I decreased an 83% of customer service complaints.

📍 Prototype Iteration

My customers have improved their speed and efficiency by 5x or more while using fewer resources, allowing them to scale their campaigns and decrease costs.

🖼 Design Optimization

I can precisely measure visitor behaviour with heatmaps and A/B testing, then use these insights to improve page performance and optimize for conversions.

Tools

I work daily with Figma, Figjam, Photoshop, Illustrator, Miro and Whimsical. I have experience implementing sites with HTML/CSS/JS, Platforma and Tailwind CSS, and using No-Code tools as Webflow, Bubble, Swipe Pages and Zapier.
